WOOHOO IT’S EVENT WEEK!
ARE YOU READY TO RUN WILD AT THE 2023 POSSUM?
We cannot wait to host you on Saturday for the sell-out Ledlenser Possum Night Trail Run! Here is some key information that will ensure that you have a fantastic time so please make sure you read it all!
REGISTRATION
Registration will take place at the Kinloch Domain from 1pm – 5pm. Please do not leave it to the last minute to come in to pick up your race bib as if you are later than 5pm you may be unable to take part. Please remember that 21km entrants will need to go through registration before 4pm so that you are ready to catch the bus that will leave at 4:10pm. If you have ordered merchandise this will be available at registration, don’t forget to ask 😊

CHANGE OF DISTANCE
If you need to change your distance this will need to be done at registration. Please collect your race bib and then bring this with you to the Changes/Information desk. If you would like to change to a longer distance you will have to pay the difference in entry fee. We do have limited spaces in each category so changes can only take place if we have room.
YOUR RACE BIB – IS YOUR’S ONLY!
Under NO circumstance are you permitted to give your bib to another person. The safety of our entrants is paramount; therefore, we need to ensure we have the correct details of all our entrants on course (including medical details and emergency contact details). Anyone caught running with someone else’s bib will be disqualified and will not be able to participate.

RACE BRIEFINGS
Race briefings will take place on the start line, make sure you are listening! If you need to withdraw during the race, you MUST tell a marshal or text the phone number on the rear of your race bib. At the end of the event, we need to know that everyone is back so save yourself a late-night phone call!
LIGHT THE NIGHT COMPETITION
We are looking for the brightest group and individuals! Put on your brightest clothing and your headlamp and any other lights that you can lay your hands on to be into win! You will need to display your outfit on the start line five minutes before your race start to be in to win some great prizes from our sponsors. The brightest individual/group per wave will win a Ledlenser headlamp and other great prizes from our sponsors.
The participation rules and safety tips are located on the event website. Please read before coming to the event. Parents and caregivers, please look after your kids. Everybody needs to take care around vehicle movements including large buses. IMPORTANT SAFTEY INFORMATION
